Fancy Nancy News and the Word on the 'Street

So I'll admit it: I cannot get enough Fancy Nancy!!! She continues to expand the vocabulary of early readers everywhere with her fancy and elegant language, and now with her new "I Can Read" series. Author Jane O’Connor has captured the voice of this exquisite young lady in new titles such as Fancy Nancy at the Museum, Pajama Day and The Show Must Go On. I have found that both boys and girls feel inspired to read these Level 1 readers aloud in the Busy Bee Learning Store. Check them out!

On another note, did you know that Sesame Street is about to celebrate its 40th anniversary? November 10 will start their 40th season of teaching, inspiring and enriching the lives of families all over the world. Sesame Street has a nature-centric curriculum this coming year called "My World is Green and Growing." I am really looking forward to it!
